Can I shop House of Hoa in person?
While House of Hoa is primarily online and based in New Jersey, we love creating exclusive in-person shopping experiences whenever we can.

What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. After 7 days (up to 14 days), returns are eligible for store credit only.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Final sale items, gift cards, bodysuits, intimates, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping isn't available at this time, but we appreciate your support from anywhere!
How do I know what size to order?
At House of Hoa, we carry a variety of brands and vendors, so sizing and fit may vary slightly from piece to piece depending on the fabric, cut, and design.
We do our best to include accurate sizing information and fit notes on each product page whenever possible.
Our models typically wear a size small in product photos for reference.
